The poems in this collection are about mental health. Many of them are personal, about my own struggles with depression and PTSD, while others are about people I’ve worked with as a care provider and peer support for those who also struggle with mental illness.
For obvious reasons, some of these poems may be triggering if you struggle with those issues yourself, but many of them also come with a message of hope and healing, so I hope you’ll find them beneficial.
